This is a high-performance wide Scan search coil, size 14" x 12" (36 x 30cm), provided with a coil cover. As with other XP search coils, this one is made with carbon fibre and light resin, which helps with stability and keeps the weight and balance right.

Using a larger coil, you can detect deeper and find older, deeper targets. A larger coil will help you search a large area in less time. After searching the area with the standard coil, a larger coil should be used.
