The Sea Hunter Mark II features an innovative and revolutionary technology known as Discrete Trash Elimination mode, which sets it apart from traditional pulse induction (PI) detectors. Conventional PI detectors have long struggled to distinguish between valuable targets and unwanted rubbish. However, the microprocessor-driven Sea Hunter Mark II overcomes this problem by allowing you to exclude rubbish items from detection without significantly affecting targets with a similar conductivity. This advanced detector includes a standard discrimination mode and offers an enhanced discrimination mode, which allows for precise differentiation between targets. You can still receive signals from most thin gold rings by activating the SeaHunter II's Discrete Trash Elimination mode and adjusting the settings to filter out ring pulls. This unique search mode enables you to focus on valuable finds without digging up many unwanted items. Furthermore, the SeaHunter offers the flexibility of using underwater or land headphones and the option to attach a larger search coil, making it an extremely versatile unit.

Beach metal detecting:

Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II metal detector can be used under full beach conditions. It is waterproof up to 200 feet (60 meters).

With our unique Discrete Trash elimination technology, the Sea Hunter Mark II can eliminate most pull tabs and foil without significantly degrading the sensitivity of rings and coins in Discrete Elimination mode. A favourite detector for treasure hunters worldwide because of its ability to ignore salt water, it can be used underwater with a short stem or on the beach with its long stem configuration. Its electronic housing may be mounted above, below or under the cuff in either short or long-stem configuration. It may also be carried in the belt pouch provided.
